A standard CE21 videography project covers a live webcast (or videography only) managed by a single technician using a dedicated professional video camera on a stationary tripod, capturing presenters from a distance of 15 to 80 feet within a private or public event room.
Client Requirements:
Venue Setup: For public venues, the client is responsible for pre-arranging room audio (microphones/mixers), a dedicated hardwired internet connection, and a small riser to elevate the camera operator if necessary.
Setup Window: The room must be accessible for setup and technical testing at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.
Post-Event & Scope Boundaries:
Editing Scope: Archiving includes basic trimming of pre-show downtime, breaks, and post-event lead-out. Original raw video files can be provided upon request for 3rd-party editing.
Scope Reserve: CE21 reserves the right to decline or refer projects requiring specialized gear, complex production processes, or skill sets outside our standard scope and cost structure.
LIVE WEBCAST STREAM
The videographer streams a high-definition 1080p video feed seamlessly combining both the camera angle and the presentation slides.
To maximize viewer engagement, the videographer dynamically adjusts layout views based on the content:
Side-by-Side (Default): Keeps both the speaker and slide deck on screen simultaneously.
Full-Screen Slide View: Prioritizes detailed graphics, text-heavy slides, or embedded video playback for maximum legibility.
Full-Screen Camera View: Focuses entirely on the presenter during live demonstrations, Q&A sessions, or non-slide portions of the presentation.
ON-DEMAND RECORDING
Mirror-Quality Archive: You receive an exact, high-definition recording of the live broadcast, perfectly formatted for immediate post-event viewing and archiving.
