CE21 LIVE PRODUCTION SERVICES
INFORMATION
This is a public wiki that is created and to be used solely for Clients on the CE21 platform as LMS or Virtual Summit Clients that are interested in using CE21 Videography Services to either webcast or just record a program.
TYPICAL PROJECT DISCLAIMER
The typical CE21 videography project is a live webcast with a single videographer tech using a prosumer/professional level camcorder (no DSLR's) mounted on a stationary tripod recording a real-time presentation with one or more presenters in a private or public event room from 15’ to 80’ away.
In public venues, the Customer should prearrange all audio solutions (microphones, audio mixers), hardwire Internet connections, and a small piece of staging/riser to elevate the videographer.
Access to the event room for videographer setup/testing should be allocated to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Webcast and videography only projects are recorded and/or streamed at 1280x720 video dimensions.
Post-event program archiving will include simple editing via the CE21 Presenter to solely remove lead-in, breaks and lead-out extraneous content. Upon request, CE21 can make original camera files available for Customer to arrange with a 3rd party editor of of their choosing.
CE21 reserves the right to reject or to refer elsewhere to any projects that require specific gear, processes or skill sets that are outside of our typical project scope, area of expertise, and/or cost structure.
LIVE WEBCAST / RECORDING DELIVERABLES
LIVE WEBCAST STREAM
The videographer will be streaming the camera feed as well as the presentation screen share into a single 720p HD video feed.
Typically the screen share and camera are side-by-side but the videographer will change screen share / camera layouts for what is best for the presentation such as:
Screen share only view when there is a video clip or very detailed slide
Camera only view during mechanical or physical demonstrations or the speaker is simply done referring to slides.

CE21 PROVIDES
An experienced and knowledgeable videographer
Prosumer or above camcorder
Tripod
A production laptop with live broadcast software (OBS, vMix, Wirecast e.g.)
Video capture devices
Variety of accompanying backup cables & adapters.
A very experienced and knowledgeable CE21 staffer who facilitates event success and assists videographer remotely on event days with setup roadblocks, technical troubleshooting assistance , remote audio checks and more.
POST EVENT
CE21 will:
Trim out the lead-in, break and lead-out recorded content so that the presentation is truly the presentation
Set the video files to encode for streaming within CE21 platform for the correct programs
When the videos have completed encoding, we will notify the tenant that their program(s) are ready for any additional purposes (turning into an OnDemand, Video Replay etc)
